You know you’re getting old (celebrity division) when you

1a) Don’t recognize many of the stars of the entertainment world being pushed at you every time you look at the “news” headlines on your computer;

1b) You don’t care.

2) Discover entire new hit shows by reading the side of your drink cup while you’re waiting for your drive-thru burger;

3) Have never seen American Idol or any of the people who got recording contracts from appearing on the show.

  1. I thought I already left a comment on this, but the comment I apparently didn’t leave would have said, “I’ve not met anyone else who has never watched American Idol. I don’t recognize any of the names, either. Be careful, Randal, you are in danger of being a fogey.
