That would be because CVPS hasn’t installed my new meter yet (well, unless they cleverly disguised it to look like our old meter by splattering it with house paint). They said it would be done within two weeks, which makes today Day 17 of the second week.
That would be the liar-liar demerit badge for failure to meet the expectations they themselves created.
